ENTRY PERIOD: This promotion will consist of three (3) drawings, one each on February 21, 22, and 23 at or about 3PM. The entry period will be the duration of the runDisney Expo until the time of the last drawing at 3PM on February 23. One (1) entry per Participant, during runDisney Expo. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent drawings. All times and days are Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the drawings. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Participant must complete, in its entirety, a drawing card ("Card") and place it in the drawing receptacle at the Disney Vacation Club booth at the runDisney Expo at Walt Disney World(R) Resort during the entry period. DRAWING: Upon submitting a Card, the Participant will be entered for a chance to win one (1) $500 Disney Gift Card ("Prize"). The winning Participant ("Winner") will be selected at random by representatives of Sponsor or its agents. The process for random selection shall be in Sponsors sole discretion. Participant entries received after 2:59PM EST on a day of the expo will be automatically carried over as an entry for subsequent drawing(s) during the runDisney Expo. The Winner does not have to be present to win. Sponsor will call out each drawing's potential winner by name immediately after each drawing. If a potential winner is not present when called, Sponsor will notify such potential winner via phone or email information supplied on Card. The Winner must complete and sign the Winner Acknowledgement Form and return it to a Disney Vacation Club representative prior to receiving the Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. PRIZES: Three (3) Prizes are available to be won; 1 Prize per Drawing. No Prize substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. The Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. If Winner does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules or if Winner forfeits the Prize, Sponsor will select an alternate Winner by conducting a random drawing of all remaining eligible entries, until the Prize is awarded, time permitting. Winner hereby gives Sponsor and its assigns full permission and authority to use, publish and display, Winner's name, likeness, voice and photograph, in any media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, in connection with this promotion, and/or other advertising or promotional activities undertaken by Sponsor or its affiliated companies.

In the event unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, corrupt, prevent, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this promotion, so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, the Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend this promotion, and in such event, to select Winner by such method as Sponsor in its sole discretion shall consider equitable. Neither Sponsor nor any of its affiliates is responsible for, and you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and any of its affiliates, from any injury, loss, cost, damage, expense or claim arising out of Participants participation in the promotion or acceptance of the Prize. Sponsor and its affiliates do not make any, warranty or guarantee, express or implied, relating to these promotion or the Prize.

The terms of this promotion shall be governed by, construed under, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this promotion or these Official Rules shall be submitted exclusively to the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida (or if the Circuit Court shall not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then to such other court sitting in such county having subject matter jurisdiction) for trial and determination by the court sitting without a jury. All Participants consent to the jurisdiction of such court and to the service of process outside the State of Florida, United States of America, pursuant to the requirements of such court in any matter submitted to it, and they expressly waive the right to a jury trial. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. By participating in this promotion, all Participants agree to be bound by and comply with the above Official Rules, which may be amended, changed, modified, or rescinded from time to time.
